Went to Probate while Insurance Claim Was Pending

I am Kristine Moe, managing the property of my girlfriend, Billy E. Shelton.

He'd a charge card with First United States National Bank, today called Arise.

Have been spending money on their Complete Protection Program, that was to pay for the total amount of the consideration when he died.

Named Arise they offered me directions on which to complete.

Posted state with death certification to address they offered me on the telephone on 9/13/05, got another telephone call from their store seeking me to deliver another death certification to a different tackle, shipped it on 9/20/05 that was delivered to sender on 10/6/05.

Obtain A California Probate Court notice stating that Jefferson Capitol posted a state for $4,571.86 on March 2.

Approached Arise by notice dated 7/14/07 wondering what occurred towards the insurance state I submitted, never got a solution back. Can't afford to visit an attorney. Thought there is nothing I really could do until I came across your website on the web.

Our mom died in Florida, based on her attorney when the property is $100,000 or less there's you should not proceed thru probate, that's why I never set Bill Sheltons property into probate.

Have no idea how Jefferson Capitol enters into this problem, didn't get any correspondance from their website.

When I got fustrated from the runaround, didn't attempt to contact Arise or deliver them another notice therefore simply allow the issue slip.
