We dropped our father on 10/7/08, our mother submitted a state. Our mom handed down 10/30/08 oneday before prior to the check came for the father. AAA stopped payment about the check. I told them we required that cash to hide our mom, which I'll prosecute them if we've to maintain our mother out till they re issue a check towards the property. Therefore the supervisor who it required, many telephone call to talk to. Explained that the moment I really could get my brother to apply for her advantages they'd deliver the check. The check they delivered was on her plan which we obtained on 11/07/08. She explained my dad check would need to got to probate. Since my mom died, Our cousin and myself was handed energy of lawyer over her affairs. I named the financial institution and informed them she handed of course if I really could simply signal the seek advice from my and poa and deposit it-they said yes. My guardian filed bankruptcy and owed no body, didn't possess a house vehicle reduced that we told them. Therefore we now have to togo through probate and employ a lawyer for nothing.
