CB Budget Planning
Would not respond to 2 cancellation attempts

I hired CB Budget Planning to consolidate my credit card debt in fall 2008. They were fine to work with on the phone during the setup process.

After a month with their service, I realized they were not really saving me much. I decided to file for bankruptcy and wanted to cancel their services. I followed their terms of service, and cancelled within 60 days or whatever the limit was. This required notification via certified mail.

I sent not one, but TWO letters of cancellation through certified mail.

I received NO refund of fees, as entitled to me in the terms of service.

I recommend no one use CB Budget Planning. It is not worth the risk.
