Scam rippoff

I was also contacted by a richard carter supposedly his name he told me that i had been approved for a 10000 dollar loan i thought that it was funny because he told me to send money to a desserie collie in canada i told him that this was kinda of strang but he assured me that it wa straight so i sent 500 dollars then after not hearing from him for a while he finally answered the phone to tell me that i needed to purchase a insuranc policy on the loan so agaian i sent another 500 dollars and he asked me to give him till 6 pm and now they dont answer the phone i was scammed out of 1000 dollars i should have done more homework because i found that there are others that have been through this same scenario with this so said company
