KCA Violates Consumers/Debtors Rights

I have dealt with KCA financial services in the past. They are not a pleasant company to deal with. I had a legitimate debt to pay BUT they decided to call me at my job several times a day. They left harassing voicemails. They told my employer that I needed to take care of a bill I needed to pay. They failed to mirandize me when they got ahold of me. When I question them about not mirandize me they cussed at me and told me I did not know what I was talking about. I filed a complaint with a supervisor there and nothing ever happened with that. I have since paid off all my debts with them and they continue to report delinquencies with the 3 credit bereaus. They need to be shut down. They dont feel laws apply to them.
