Fraudulent membership charges

I closed a deal for account for 1 5 years. Ceased planning at 15 weeks but ensured I settled the entire 1 5 years of agreement. Named the organization at the conclusion of the 1 5 years to tell them I'll no further be considered a participant. I've been billed every month going back six months and today they're threatening to deliver me to some collections company. I've talked together and attempted to share that I've compensated in full (I've a notice from their store dated Dec. 26, declaring I'm compensated entirely) however they keep calling and harassing me.
