Deducted unauthorized money from my account, overdrawing my account

$33.98 was deducted from my account causing me to overdraw which caused financial burden when they were never authorized to take money. 9 days later$17.97 was deducted again not authorized. I went to the web site they directed me to to request a refund and there is no refund info there.
