Big scam boca raton

This company told me they had a buyer for my timeshare and everything would take about 30 days, and all I had to pay was a fee of $1900 to do paperwork and when they sell the time share it would be returned to me. It has been 4 months now, and after reading reports, I've realized I just got scammed. I have called them everymonth, and all I get after being on hold for a while is that there were two families being financed and it should take about 6 to 8 weeks more. The customer service is very nasty and when I asked for a refund, they said I will not get it because I signed a contract. Please let me know what else can be done about this company who is stealing people's money during this bad depression.
