I was contacted by a man named Harrison Palmer who is a representive of Universal Marketing Solutions in December of and he said he has a buyer
for my West Gate Vaction Villas timeshare. The offer was for $17975, and he said the sale was a sure thing, and all i had to do was send him $698 for the sell to go through and i should get the money by the middle of January.

Harrison Palmer gave me his cell and work numbers. The cell number doesnt work and the company number no one ever answers. I have tried numerous times to call, and all i get is a answering service that tells me to leave my name, referance number, and phone number and they will call me back in 36 to 72 hours.

They hardley ever call back and when they do its to tell me that the buyer is having trouble with financing. They have told me this 3 times once in January, once in February, and again in March. Now I have to wait until April 6th for them to lie to me again and im pretty sure that will happen again.

This is for anyone thinking of using UNIVERSAL MARKETING SOLUTIONS to sell your timeshare, they will lie to you and promise you alot. Which none of it to be true. I know because they lied to me, got my money, and now they wont answer my calls. These people should be arrested for what they have done to everyone that put their trust in them. I hope anyone that reads this does not use UNIVERSAL MARKETING SOLUTIONS.
