Registered for that 3-month test. I did make sure to stop following the test was around in March of 08., sadly I didnot follow up after I didnot get a verification, alternatively accepting they'd stop when I asked them to. It is today July of 09 and that Iam still being billed. They declare they looked their repository and cannot discover the termination notice. When questioned why they cannot confirm the consideration was not utilized since I ended it, they declare they cannot study their repository for that objective. Appearently they are able to onloy make use of the repository when it fits them. They declare not to possess a telephone# and so I can in fact talk to an individual about this. I discover that to become inadequate customer support.

BBB today includes a proper complaint from me. Hopefully that will assist.
