Unauthorized deal

Unauthorized deal the corporation withdrew 50.90 and another 23.44 from my bill without having agreement from me. On 6/2 when i informed my bank they gave me the information of Biotab and etz video. I didn't approve any deal with this specific organization and it has not received any item from their website.
