Debit of 49.95 from my checking account

There is an unauthorized money of 49.95 from my bank account. I never offered mental or every other agreement for this deal. Based on lender documents the organization mentioned stated that they obtained agreement to gain access to my consideration and there is never such agreement for this deal!!! To begin with they overdrafted my consideration for this unauthorized purchase charging mean extra 27 bucks.
