I tried calling the number on my packing list that was sent with the dietary supplement that I order so that I could cancel and was told that my call can not go through. So after trying several times I still got the same response on the telephone, my call will not go through. I have also notices their was a unauthorized charge of 82.31 on my credit card from Acaitechsupport.com. I did not order any thing else other than the supplement. I have already contacted my credit card company and they are handling the matter but what they did say to me is that I also needed to go this web site acaitechsupport.com and fill out the form that is on their website to cancel because this company will continue to send this product and keep charging my account. I have done both so I'm hoping that this matter will be resolved within the next billing statement.

For those of you who still have your shipping information, try going to that website and click on cancel my order and it will ask you for your confirmation number, last name and email address. At first when I went to their web site I emailed them, but it came back to me unsent... Funny!!!
