30-day lock is a Crock!

Granted. Lending money today is not as easy as it used to be, but why would a company give you the false sense that it could perform their required duties within the time period they have agreed to get the job done by?

Loan Brokers are Broken! Their words... Meaningless. And there is no personal responsibility or legal recourse for their failures.

I have a 50% LTV refi based on their appraisal, no issues with a 720 credit score and my debt to income was never an issue, and I am now 10-days after my lock expired. NEW rate locks are available for about 50 BP higher. Thanks guys!

Do not depend on this company to do what they say they can do; they can't. Try your luck with another firm.
