On yesterday I recived a phone call from a person by the name of Ryan Moss. He claimed that I was being sued by a company called "Fash Cash", I have a weird feeling from the beginning of the conversation. I really could hear or understand what he was saying, because it almost sounded like he was disguising his voice or using a device to disguise his voice. He then proceeded to tell me the reason for his call, he was calling to get my attorney information because I was being sued and that he had an affividate and that he was going to read and not to talk until he was funished, At first I was like ok, but I began to listen closer... He was running off these charges, check fraud, intent to deception or decieve, and that I was being charged for these thing, and that they could also contact my employer and let me know what was happening. So he began to tell me how much I owed, but he wouldnt tell me the actual company that I owed, like he said Fash Cash the parent company, but I asked who is the sub company to which I was supposely borrow from, and he couldnt tell me. So I was like ok, so how much do I owe, he 898.91, and he was like you want to settle today, you want to make payment arrangements, at first I was all about clearing the debt up, but when he said last four of my current acct, I was like ahhh no. Something is not right.

They gave me two different numbers a 213-785-3879, and 818-296-4015, when I questioned where they were calling from they said that they were calling from California, but the funny thing is the caller ID on the phone read LLM Services 225-663-5575, which was strange to me. So they almost got me... Cause I was about to make payment arrangements and they were going to take my debit card information, but somehow the call got disconnected. I was very suspicious about the whole call, so I did some research so I could find out who the original creditor was and contact them, but much to my surprise I came upon this website when I googled the key words. So I called an attorney friend of mine and he told me that it sounds like a straight scam from just the little that I told him. He also advised me to call the local authorities and make a report. So I did that as well as closing the old acct and opening a new one.

They have called this morning three times. The officer advised me when they call to tell them not to call you anymore and that you contact the police, if they contact after that, it considered harrassement. So I hope no one falls victim to this scam.
