Had no intentions of running away with this money $200.00 loan but due to some financial reasons i left out my payments but now i want to fix this issue now i have phone calls from then all hours of day and night so i contacted legal aide and was told since I only receive SSI benefits (disability) i have advanced emphysema and copd also i am on 24 hour oxygen and i have not been able to afford and attorney so they told me today if i don't come up with $300.00 by 4pm they will start criminal proceedings against me and will try to seize my disability income i was told i would be facing federal charges they (500 fast cash will not take a prepaid debit card and i need some legal help i mean i'm willing to send them 50.00 a month until this is resolved but can they press charges against me by using threats of prison time legally?
