Does not apply promotional rates to Credit Card Balance Transfers

BOA provided a charge card balance move at 0.99PERCENT to March (twelve months from completing the internet forms). Following the move happened, they refused any promotional present and therefore are today receiving me 22.99% attention! I'm looking to get the fund costs for 2 weeks fixed and so I will pay off the consideration, but after 2 times of calls I still obtain the run-around.

DON'T BANK WITH BOA. They're misleading, nor recognize their particular presents.
