Bad website, bad cust service

The web site is extremely difficult to understand... Super annoying attempting to conserve, modify bank acc data.

The organization DOESN'T HAVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT contact range! You can only just contact them if you like to start a brand new move. For grievances along with other demands you've to prosecute mail.

I did that. And discovered that after they claim they'll return to you in 48 hours... This means, 14 days!

I'm so dissatisfied using their response-time, I am never with them again.
