Took unauthorized money from my checking account

Registered for Google Disc on the best way to earn money for $1.97. The next eveningapproximately &72.21 was removed from my consideration without my agreement. Every time I contact to obtain my money-back a representive informs me they're prosessing it. I delivered th Disc as directed and obtained evidence of shipping on April 17. I still haven't gotten my reimbursement. All I am receiving may be the previous run-around. Who are able to assist me?
