Disrespectfull lying low class people who take advantage of people like me!

Back in Nov of I decided i had wanted to have breast augmentation. After three kids and only being 27 years old, I had not felt to good about my appearance, so i decided to consult with My Choice Medical (doctorsayyes).

So everything sounded good, i would get to go and see doctors and if i choose not to go ahide wit the surgery i would be refounded my money with the exception of the $49.99 for consult. After meeting with Dr. Norman Baksan Day, I felt extremely on comfortable he didnt appreciate me asking to many Question, he proceeded to let me know i was fat and should loose weight.

He also stated i was in need of a serious breast lift, i really disagreed because i wasnt going for the fake look i just wanted to fill my breast natural looking for me was ok. So maybe thats how he does business, we women that decide to have surgery obviously are abit insecure and he preys on that, in my opinion. So before leaving they had said it was procedure to consult with my choice medical finiancing at that point i felt pretty trap but in my mind from initail conversation with them if i didnt go ahead with surgery my money would be refunded.

Little did i know i would be signing away my life for the next year, my money and credit score at that very moment. So after finding out, i was pretty much stuck in this contract, i tried to meet again with dr. Day, my choice medical kept insisting he is a great doctor. So considering i could not get my money back i gave it another try he was insulting i believed and insulted my intillegence. So i called and iasked how i could get out of this contract they said only for medical reason i would be let out of the contract.

I went to as low as to try to tell them i was in a car acccident and let me tell you my doctor after hearing my story was more then willing to wright up a doctors note, but they just said oh will hold the money till u get better. Ok that didnt work! Stuck and feeling like i had to go ahead with the surgery i did because i had been told mcm that Dr. Day had called after making myself cry on the phone, that he thought we were having some problems, duhhh you think! Well i proceeded to tell them i would to see another doctor she replied are you sure Dr. Day is a great doctor I only hear good things never not one complaint (, i would find that not to be true after meeting a patient of his after my surgery, she also was having alot of problems with him0.

I replied im not sure so she went ahead and gave me a site to doctor affiliated with lexington hospital in new york, i proceeded to look up the site, during that time a get a call back paula from mcm, she says listen i talk to Dr. Day and he says he really trying hard to accomidate all your needs and he is even taking you in on a sunday which he doesnt normally do (bull crap) i would soon find that out. I said really im just considering going to some one else and she proceeced to tell me again how great of a doctor he has and i woul not be disappionted. So i said ok ofcourse you think to yourself "I do want the best" maybe i just dont get his snubby rich doctor way.

But if he is as good as everyone is saying, ok. After having surgery done on Feb. 10, and being totally displeased because i had definitly not had a breast lift done that he had insisted of me having, so i called mcm and explained my situation to them they said to go ahead and call the doctor he should take care of it. So i did and he replied by telling me if i wanted to do some thing about i would have to pay to have them fixed, phsss no i wasnt. So i called mcm and they conacted me to a lauri carrington i proceeded to let her know if this is not resolved i would have to get my lawyer involved and replied by saying theres no need for that they would take care of this, so she said i should request my medical reports from Dr. Day, in the report i read the he had requested i be sent to another doctor my choice medical played me after telling me that he didnt understand what has going on and that he was trying hard to accomadate me, paula at mcm turned around and told him i did not want no other doctor but him to do my surgery bull*. They con me, mcm is a rip-off in all words.

So to go on with my story lauri could not believe he did not want to fix the problem so she sent me to three diffrent reconsructive surgeons, none of them wanted to fix the problems mean while i still had non disolvable sutures still in my breast, no one wanted to remove. And Dr. Day pretty much had it in for me because i complained about him, months had passed and still nothing mean while my breast start pussing and i have no choice but to contact Dr. Day, his receptionist said hold on she was going to sqeeze me in for that day this was around 7/16, when she come back on the phone she said Im sorry he cant see you for another week she proceeded to apoligize and she was even in shock that he would not see me, i was so upset i told her im tired of being bullied by him next time im bringing my fiance with me she replied by saying "i would, I cant believe that with an infection and in pain he would make you wait thats an emergency I dont know way he is doing that to you thats not right. You should bring your fiance next time lets see if he talks to him the way he talks to you, you know another man might put his ego in check" So i went ahead and went to the emergency room and was given antibiotic therapy for possible breast infection.

So again back to calling lauri at mcm she had spoke Dr. Day and made an appointment to remove sutures so i askd what i should do to make sure theres no infection inside and he replied your fine just like that no exam nothing so he romeved the sutures and said next you pay to see me again.

So lauri assured me after her doctors would not fix my surgery that i could go ahead and find one of my choice and it would get payed. Six months later i have not gotten any replies to my e-mails or calls. And now there no longer taking calls just e-mails which makes it even harder to talk to anyone.

Oh, i forgot he also put my nipples on crooked and i have no sex drive or feelings in my breast, so ladies beware of Dr. Norman Bakshan Day.
