Said i won $34,263.30, sent me a check for$3,426.33 want a deposit fee of $3083.33

Got a letter stating i won $34,263.30, said i have to claim by June 30th
The check they sent me was for $3,426.33. It also said that my fund is now insured at its full value under my name and will be transfered to me when all requirements are met., and that a security deposit fee of $3,083.00 has been financed with the enclosed check of $3,426.33 all fees are to be paid to nearest sweepstakes offices. These fees are mandatory annnnd are meant to satisfy official laws and income tax protocols, as mandated by Federal Government. I am suppose to contact Claims Agent befrore depositing check.
