Tasq Pos TASQ Technology Tasq Charges on my bank account

I am having a problem contacting Tasq about charges on my credit card every single month of $32.04. This is my credit card processor for B of A. They do not return phone calls or reply to emails. I was charged twice last month and left messages with there voicemail and via email I have not been contacted.

I contacted Bank of America with no resolution. I am being un fairly charged every month without any explanation of charges or an invoice. I never authorized these transactions. They have also raised the amount from what I was being billed without any explanation.

I believe that Tasq is being deceptive in their charges and has not allowed me to dispute the charges by not responding to me. Below is an example of the recent charge with no contact number.

I wonder how many other businesses are being forcefully charged by Tasq?
