Cheating and using deceptive measures to ripoff consumers

What has really triggered our gall with this low-down company is it has sent to the credit reporting agencies we are a "slow paying mortgage". We are outraged, furious and sickened!

Isn't there anything we can do to stop this company from their deceptive practices and their intimidating threats?

Fairbanks bought our loan in October it has been "HELL" ever since. The 1st payment coupon they sent us was incorrect, we called to advise of this error and were told to send what was printed on the coupon. Took down names etc., I knew something wasn't right so from this point and started sending everything to them USPS Express Mail. We have sent our mortgage payment every month on time, we have the receipts with signature but to no avail we are hit with a late payment every month. We even rec'd a letter dated March 22 stating they misapplied our funds and would request a correction sent to the credit reporting agencies. Forget what our rights are in RESPA, Fairbanks is a law unto itself.

We also have provided insurance of our home and are now being threated with foreclosure and/or our mortgage will go up. If it is not one thing it is another, they are genuinely trying to recapture ours and many others mortgages from underneath us.

How can we fight against a conglomerate as Fairbanks? We will keep fighting, all I can advise is to get receipts and signatures and conversations documented and kept, we will have our day... It will be soon!
