Scammed and raised a percent on the investor loans didn't let to refinance

The company is specializing to giving an investor a short term real estate loans under high percents, they have scammed me raised percents to whatever number they wanted to, didn't give me a report of any sort, they hold of on the the documents for me to refinance from them so that I would have to pay fees and percents, and once I started complaining to them from somewhere they put a $40,000 worth of fees to get all of my profit from both houses. All of the calls I have made they promised to send me documents of where the fees came from and never have sent me anything, but it was all lies and they want me to pay them this loan, this company is a crook company and the point of this company not to do good business but to steal from the customer. And still from some time that has passed I haven't received the reason why I got these fees and charges, also one of my business partners I think is working with them behind my back, I think he is involved in this. I pretty much lost the money and do not want to loose my credit history which is not hard to regenerate back.
