I signed with Net Quote for leads and asked for $3 non-premium leads. They use automatic biling which means that they can bill whatever they want and get the money without notice.
This is exactly what they did.instead of charging me $3 a lead they charged me $15 a lead and automatically charged my account. I have sent them 8 emails and even talked to thier representive Jose.
Basically, Jose let me know that it was okay for them to charge whatever they want and they have little or not interest in solving the problem. I can't imagine that he has an insurance license because doing this to an insuance client would get you put in jail!
