Charged my credit card without authorization, this is crap

This is the 3rd year in a row that my credit card has been charged by TLG Complete Home. $109.99. I called last year to have them credit my account and they did not.

I called and they said they pro-rate there billings and that I would only receive $40.00 something back. The transaction date was November and it posted to my credit card on May. How convenient for them to post 6 months later so it is harder to file a complaint. What is even more crap, is that the credit card companies are allowing this to happen.

I am extremely pissed about this why is it still happening.
