Rent a center threat a friend of mines to pay for something he dont own. And want me to pay 3,000 dollars for a 42" tv that i already pay for

Ent a center whats my friend to pay for something he don't own. They threat him that if he did not pay he was going to be in trouble. My friend dont know nothing about my acc with them. They want me to pay for a 42" tv that i already pay for and want me to pay for it again. Also i bought a living room set that broke and it took them 3 weeks for me to get a replacement and it broke again and they dont want to fix it. All they want is to ripoff peolple and want your money. They dont care what they sell.
