A nightmare landlord

I see I am not the only one that has a complaint about this company or should I say fraud company. I live in Provo, UT and I rented a house from this person some time ago. He is a fraud, scam, and I hope that anyone dealing with him will wake up and smell the burning toast. He violates many laws of the states in which he owns several homes and the thing is he does not pay taxes on these homes. I have contacted the IRS and they are investigating him for income tax fraud. If you get the chance take him to court cause he won't win. I am going to proceed with a civil lawsuit against him in the state of Utah for the amount of 8,000 which he ripped me off of. His phony contract is stupid and he claims his lawyer made him do it. His lawyer is a scam as well. Trust me do not do business with this person.
