Pay-pal kept stealing $135 from my bank account when I never received the order, it had been canceled and was never shipped. I had to go to my bank several times to get my money back, finally I had to close my account. Than they turned me into a collection agency for a unpaid item that was never sent.

I tried to explain it to them several times, finally just gave up, as no one cared what I had to say. I'll never deal with pay pal again after this nightmare that wont go away. Credit has been ruined, i wont pay this as it was canceled, but still looks bad on a credit report.
