Ripoff - They are very rude and my account has $180.00 worth of overdraft fees because of their mistake

On March of this year I got a home equity loan from them. Even though there were several lies in the sales, it wasn't too bad until recently.

I am disabled, on a limited budget, have a serious illness, and am on a wait list for a transplant. I pay them every month by phone with a check and if I know what date my disability check will be deposited, I give them that too.

This month the collections rep who had called me presented BOTH checks to my account causing my account to majorly become overdrawn. She lied to me about everything from when I was receiving my refund even to the point of making a big show of saying she had to go and run the check to be taken out right away by Fed EX. Big fat lie. I explained to her how this was my grocery money and she laughed and said I should be glad that my mortgage payment isn't for more. Ha ha. Jokes on me I guess.

When nothing arrived over the weekend I called again on Monday and got someone who was supposed to be a supervisor but I doubt it. He got an attitude with me like I was annoying him. And this is supposed to be a supervisor. His name is Keenan Cain. He said that their policy is not to transfer money back into the account but he had to wait until the check itself was sent back to them.

So he did Fed Ex me a check for the mortgage payment. Now my account has 180.00 worth of overdraft fees because of their mistake. I have faxed and faxed and faxed my bank statement to every freaking person in that office but no one knows anything.

Big surprise there. I don't know how they are trained but it is a joke. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have written many many email notes to them but to no avail.
