NextCard ripoff business from hell rip-off fraud!

I paid 99.00 to establish this card. I was told I had a 350.00 credit limit. I was only able to charge 19.00 at a Kansas City area Osco. I am now being billed and harassed for almost 1000.00. The company is willing to settle for 600.00 This has also effected my credit report.
