BAD PRACTICES - LIES - CHEATS SCAMS - DECEIT TEXAS I made a gracious offer to catch up my payments and they denied my modification

We are a Catholic Christian Family. I tried to settle my account with Aurora Loan Services. Here is what I got. I offered them $3K down, $5K a month for 3 months and a balloon payment of $30K at the end of Sept. They said my down payment of $3K was not enough that I would have to put down 15% in order for the big guys at corporate to even think about it. So they rather kick me and my family out of our home which we live in so they can make the little money there going to get for the sale of the home instead of trying to work something out with the original homeowner. Ruin my credit even further, have a foreclosure on my record. Makes no sense to me and the ones working behind the desk are sitting with the noses up in the air.

After all on May 6th Aurora Loan Service received $798 Million Dollars from the government to help homeowners like me. But wait Aurora told me that my loan is with a private investor and the government only allowed the funds to be used for fannie mae loan and hud loan.

Now, you would think that they would help everyone out there who needs the help. There loan didn't just say fannie mae or hud, the funds are to be used to keep families in there homes. Hey that would be me and my family
