CBCS and Better Business Office:
I'm writing-you this notice in addition to cc’ing the Greater Business Institution having a backup of the notice to ensure it's recognized I'm not responsible for this debt.
A couple of times annually going back year or two, you deliver me this notice re: Southwestern Bell Cellular consideration saying I owe $673.04 and accepting to some negotiation supply of $336.52.
I've never had a merchant account together or your customer, Resurgent Capital Companies gas, or even the present lender LVNV Funding LLC. This really is my standard notice that I'm NOT spending this debt, don't have any purpose of going right through the movements of showing this when I have attempted to complete previously but went unnoticed.
Please stop giving me updates re: consideration: #47056397 and Unique Collector Account # 58346248. There's not telephone number in a home, cell phone or pager; NO system or support did I actually have showing this title.
Fascinating – there's nothing on my CREDIT HISTORY that actually resembles this debt. Please create that one down as UNCOLLECTIBLE.
