Can't Cash Unemployment Check At Wal-Mart

I don' t obtain the cope with Walmart encouraging to money check at Walmart. I've tried a lot of occasions to visit Wal Mart to cash my state-issued Unemployment check, plus they cannot. I contact Certegy plus they suggest that they cannot cash it due to my check presents a 'danger'. A $380 check presents a 'danger'? How is the fact that? I actually donot get how I will cash a $1300 educational funding (college) check although not a $380 unemployment check. Anything must be donw about that problem! I can not afford to keep spending $10 elsewhere simply to money a $380 check... It is absurd!!
