Don't think their sales hype within the telephone. After I decided to switch-over for them I questioned if there will be a early termination charge, the salesman said NO. I chose to change to some other electrical supplier and today they need me to pay for 199.00 for an earlier termination charge. I attempted to keep in touch with TXUis customer support people (exactly what a Laugh). They changed me from owner to owner (seemed like India) understand question!!! Long story short they tuned me to a colection agency. Please avoid txu power. They're nogood.
