Nevever sends monthly statement, conflicting information

I recently produced buy with Ashely Furniture and had my purchase funded through Citifinancial. I've yet to get a declaration. I have named them five occasions today to confirm my mailing address. They've guaranteed me every time that the declaration has been delivered, however nothing. They declare this consideration isn't available on the internet and so I can't get an electric declaration plus they merely WOn't send or email someone to me. I've asked where you can deliver funds and thus much have now been provided two distinct handles, today Iam scared to send something with no declaration for feaer of it-not being obtained or not receiving prepared correctly. So what can I actually do to create them provide me a declaration and proceed to do this on the regular schedule. I'll NEVER use citifinancial again.
