Where did my money go?

Without getting complicated. I should have had $75 in an account. I had $25 sitting in there for a long time without touching the account. (I moved to a state where BOA does not exist) Upon returning to Florida, I deposited $50 into that account. Exactly one month later-to the day-I went to withdraw $50 and there was only $25.

I told the teller this wasn't possible. I called the Fraud department and there was no record of any activity for up to 6 months before, and they said they couldn't look beyond that because their system did not allow it.

In another instance, they switched the date on which I made a purchase in order to charge me an overdraft fee. I look at my balance before I spend!!!

Bank of America even charges for savings... What's the point of this bank???
