Unauthorized Charges on my visa 3 months CT

Three months in a row, February, March and April I noticed charges on my Visa account that were not known to me. They were listed AP9*SHOPPINGESSENTIAL 888-999-0564 CT The amount was 11.95 each month. Yesterday, May 4th, I called that number and talked to "Keith" He said his ID# was 154101 I told him I had never o.K. Ed this. He said I checked a box when I ordered something from"The Stitchery Crafts" whose # is 800-451-8051 MA. This box gave me a $20.00 discount?
I don't remember checking this box and I did not get a $20.00 discount on any thing I ordered from them. He said my money would be refunded. It is to soon to know if it will be refunded.
