Card Reload Rejected As Wrong Account, Balance Does Not Match

I refill my Wal Mart credit card 05/01/09 to pay for my student mortgage and cost was rejected due to wrong account. The total amount reloaded was $150.00 the cost is $142.50 please advise me what occur to my income.
