Took money and did nothing for me

Went to these people to get a modifacation they told me i was approved and and was lowering my interest rate from 10% to 5% and lower my mothly payments and then asked for 2495.00 before they could finish the morgager i was with would not work with them but they kept telling me that they were working with me my morgage lender had me sign there paper work but it was not for the ones that took my money i never did get what they told me i was getting so i asked for my money back that was a full refund and they told me no that they did the work they told me they did
