Awful bank

I'd been a person for 12 years with no late-payment. Used to donot get a statement last month and was jumped to get a $40 service cost and curiosity on the card I'd compensated entirely for 12 years - no late payments. I named customer support and was informed that neither the very first person I talked with or the boss might renounce the late charge - boss actually hung-up on me after I questioned him to replicate he didn't possess the expert. Was advised it had been "plan". Visited a department plus they stated easily had another consideration they'd attempt to assist but without another consideration there is nothing they might do. This is actually the means they decide to conduct business I choose to not conduct business together - a shame after 12 years. I suppose they get enough of the citizens money-they simply do not care to maintain clients who spend the expenses...
