Unauthorized billing

I requested plastic from Carpetright, I had been billed 11.99 for glue, once the installers arrived in a distinct cost of £40.00 they simply caught the sides of the area along with recording and didn't use glue. I recommended carpetright who'd the installers go back to examine the area. They recommended it was completely regular and just how they place plastic (though actually carpetright site recommends never stay the sides just as this can trigger nicking). The installers recommended they might utilize F3 stick at and further cost of £25, but my challenge may be the plastic wasn't set precisely in the beginning.
