Ripoff scam liars card portection never oked but they charged me for it anyways. Help!

I got a NextCard about 3 years ago, everything was fine for a few months, I work for an airlines and travel so my mom was paying the bill to nextcard, after a while she looked at it wondering why it wasnt getting paid down and lo and behold she found what they had been doing she realized that they had also been charginging me $20 a month for some type of insurance card protection. EVERY MONTH!

For a year, we fought and fought them, we have never been treated so rude like we were heathens! Like them! This was my first credit card. They refused to take the $240 off they said I authorized them to put it on, I REFUSED FLAT OUT MANY TIMES and I was offered it every month!!!

No one in this house authorized it to be put on they said someone did. I asked them to prove it and they said they didn't have to so we asked for a recorded conversation of the person who did it they said we would have to supena that to court to get it.

Finally the BBB talked to them and got them to take 2 months off they would not take anymore, I am still paying on this stupid card and hurt my back and haven't been able to work. The new company that took over refuses to do anything about taking the rest off my bill. Has anyone had this same problem??? Please email me and let me know what you did.
