Money withdrawn from my checking account without my knowledge and it is not my check numbe

A talk with through my lender that I had been unaware of and that I named plus they offered me the info that it had been the corporation. I don't need some of this and that I need my money returned. The check has my title onto it and also the banks name-but a few of the information is incorrect I don't have my telephone number about the check I've to create it in which confirmed it to become published on my check. Therefore please stop whatever this really is and return my income.
