Constant Collection Calls

I keep receiving calls from Safeway, I did so have an overdraft weeks before that I settled; they proceed to contact and have for the money, after I declare I paid and owe nothing, they claim "oh we desired to inform you you're paid and we're crediting late charges" - weeks before and that I can't-get them to prevent calling. I simply let them know today "obtain a genuine work and prevent the harrassement" - they proceed to contact... Does Safeway understand this really is happening? Do they sanction this sort of garbage? I'd like it ceased.
