Awful company

I'd a bill having a telephone power organization, plus they named a 3rd party a buddy of mine to keep in touch with me to obtain me to pay for the statement. This debt-collection company must be documented and also have their permit to operate a company eliminated. They don't follow government regulation. They repeatedly named the 3rd party to go over my statement three times in two times. After I named NORTHWEST ASSET-MANAGEMENT, I requested to talk to a supervisor, he declined to provide me to some supervisor, I'd to speak with him. Subsequently, I questioned him if he was acquainted with WHAT THE LAW STATES "REASONABLE COLLECTORS BEHAVE" - that they're prohibited to contact a 3rd party to go over OUR statement. HE began yelling at me, and informed me he is able to contact anybody HE really wants to to go over this statement. I told him that I work with a lender of course if I mentioned any customers company to some 3rd party, I'd be DISMISSED. They don't run from the regulation. Somebody seriously must prosecute the corporation, and place them from enterprise. May any government company set these men out-of business, they significantly, must have their permit suspended to operate a business. Perhaps it is moment Leader Obama must take a look at debt collectors, and fireplace their boss for that method they are doing business.
