After calling 888-287-7683 and detailing that I'd not approved these costs to my charge card, I had been quickly and nicely informed that the credit for that weeks billed is likely to be on my next declaration or even the subsequent one. I don't have any further criticism but regret this trusted organization has selected to decrease it is status with this specific kind of "income improvement."
