On 10/30/08 i put an order to get a bit of jewelry for my wedding. It had been a $300 dollar necklace that included really amazing and vibrant gems. It had been about 1-inch by 1-inch in dimensions. I needed it by 11/8/08 so I paid an additional 50$ rush order to get it to me in time for the wedding. To my dismay, the purchase never came. I named many times in December and Dec plus they explained that my order was on back-order. Lastly in mid-December I named them to stop the purchase, however they explained that it'd previously delivered. The purchase ultimately came on 12/22/08 so when i popped it it had been not really near to how it had been offered online. There is hardly any shade at-all, actually the gems seemed to be mainly grey. I named the client support representative to come back them as my wedding had long handed and that I was not pleased with the bit of jewelry. Exactly the same evening i 12/22/08 i shipped the item back again to them by USPS. Within the first week of Jan i called again. The repetition established they had obtained it back plus they were running the reimbursement also it might have a couple weeks due to the christmas vacation. Within the next week of Jan i named again to confirm the refund and was informed the same, that because of the christmas results these were back drenched also it might have a couple weeks to approach the reimbursement. On 2/3/09 i called and emailed them again. I talked towards the same repetition (who in my opinion may be the operator) who stated the reimbursement might occupy to some week because of Christmas back-log. I told him that I named in Mid-January and got exactly the same point about this might have a week which it's been 3 plus weeks they have had my income. He explained he did not notice any records within the document. I expected him to please facilitate the reimbursement as cash is restricted and that I require the cash ASAP to pay for expenses. He explained he can't invest in a period body but he might attempt to problem the reimbursement in a couple of days however it might have a week. I expected him if he was placing that within the records with this purchase, and he said yes. 2/3/09 I google searched billbarnes and scam & billbarnes and reimbursement and discovered greater than a few grievances they hadn't released discounts to others once they delivered the item. There are many grievances this organization may tear you down and never return funds, even if they obtain items back. On 2/3/09 Contacted CC company about starting fraud claim. I truly dislike the corporation. They've robbed me and many more when I have discovered online. I desire that I'd have recognized before i bought when I have already been out-of my $300 for almost six months now. I'd prefer to reveal the corporation as legit and deceptive.
