Took Up Front Fee of $7,500 For Funding and Received No Funding

Mark Honnell seemed very professional, experienced, and capapable of obtaining project funding. He claimed he has obtained, or in the process of obtaining, $ 635,000, 000 for a New Oil Refinery in Louisiana, $ 493,000, 000 financing for a New Shopping Mall in Illinois, $300,000, 000 for a Major Hollywod Studio, and $125,000, 000 for Natural Gas Wells In Oklahoma.
He claimed to have thoroughly reviewed my project, over 300 pages of documentation, and had six individual investors ready to meet me at the project. He said he felt 95% sure that the financing would happen.

During the three days he was asking for the $ 7,500 fee for legal fees to set up the transaction, he called three times at a predetermined time, on time.
Once I wired the $7,500, he said he would have the investors meet me at the site the next week., I went to the site and no one showed up. Then he would not answer his phone, but sent an email that he needed more time, since then I have called his office on five different business days and he will not answer his phone.

So today I put Mark Honnell into Google and I found two other people who had been nripped off for fees with no resulting funding. So, at that point I realized I was the third victum. Please be aware of NorthPointe Funding and Mark Honnell.
