On April 7, I transferred an amount of US dollars to be forwarded to the Philippines. The exchange rate in the Philippines was PHP47.55 to one dollar. BDO Remittance, only exchanged the dollars to pesos at PHP47.15, causing a loss of over PHP2,000.00! Extremely unfair rate of exchange on that day.
